Tokyo's oldest man had dead for 30-years-Officials had planned a b'day celbration for honour Mr.Kato but found him dead

He was though to be the oldest human being in Tokyo - but wen officials weent to wish him Sogen Kato on his 111 th b'day, tey un covered mummyified skeletal remains lying in his his bed.
Mr.Kato may have been dead for 30 years. according to Japanese authorities.
They grew suspicious when they went to honour Mr.Kato at his adress in Adaichi wards, but his grand-daughter told he "does not wants to see any one" Police r now investigating their family on possible fraud charges.
  
There welfare officials has tried to met Mr.Kato since early these years. But when they went to visit, there family members repeatedly chased them away out, according to Tomoko-Iwamatsu, an Adachii ward officials. the Authorities grew suspicious and then sought by investigation from police, who forced their way in to the house recently.
