A points failure caused the Potters Bar train crash which killed many lives, an in quest jury has decides.
It said the points are in an un-safe conditioned and there had been failures to either the inspect or from maintain them.The train hits at faulty points south of the Potters Bar station in Hertfordshire on 10 May 2002, those injuring more than 70.
A Network-Rail spokes-man said much had changes from that crash with the private contractors will no longer involved at day-to-day maintenance of tat infrastructure."Today we hav remember tat the lives lost 8 years ago.
